5 stars Having been here at Northborough Avalon for over 4 years, I can honestly say it has surpassed my expectations of apartment lifestyle. I cannot say enough positive words towards the entire team. The leasing office always consists of friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals. Deanna Leon rocks!! I have had a very very good experience living here. Deanna Leon in the leasing office has always gone above and beyond to help with just about anything. I highly recommend that you speak with her if you are looking to rent. She is patient and kind, the type of person who does more than smile at you, she works to assist you.
Do NOT live here. It is a nightmare, the leasing office has all these reasonable rules that they never enforce, such as not having the doors left open letting just anyone into the building. They send out emails complaining but their employees are the biggest offenders. the employees will let anyone at all in, it's been a safety issue the whole time I've have the unfortunate displeasure of residing here. People constantly park in the crosswalks not allowing space to walk to the door with any kind of bags. While they also emai... read more

I love living here. The people including Sherman and Deanna have been like a big family welcoming me home. They always remember my name and are there to help when the situation arises
