There have been some change over a few times in the past months but I'm very happy now that Pasquale has taken the helm at this location. He is always welcoming, takes resident requests seriously, and gets things done. Vicky is a fantastic addition to the team. She is so friendly and is often hosting fun activities and parties for the community. Luis and Gabrielle head the maintenance team. We are a new family in Avalon New Canaan. Despite office turnover during our transition, our support has been top notch. All issues have been resolved promptly and professionally. There is a personal touch here that I thought would be lost when we moved from a Manhattan doorman building to the burbs. A special thank you to Jason and Susan who have been outstanding resources and very patient with me (and my toddler!)
Avalon has been excellent for our entire family! We have been staying here for over 2 years now; and our experience has been very pleasant and delightful throughout. The area is kept impeccably clean. All service requests are handled promptly and with care. Entire staff is as professional and accommodating as they can be. Our community manager Gaby Cevallos deserves special credit for helping me managing all 3 of my kids and quite elusive dog. Thanks Gaby and Avalon team!
