I have been referring to Gentiva Hospice for years and have not been disappointed. The care and attention to detail has been amazing. They provide such wonderful care to families!
Gentiva Hospice, Franklin Office, in Williamson County, Tn. is the absolute BEST!! My mother is currently a hospice patient and the love & care she has been given is incredible. As is usually the case, it starts from the top down. Jess, the Director, truly cares about her team and the patients, and goes out of her way to show it. The entire Gentiva Hospice team was wonderful. My dad loved them all. Their guidance was quite helpful for our family. My mother was in hospice many years ago and I can say it has improved 100% over the years.
I'm sorry to have to post a negative review but I feel people should know what they are getting. Avalon was ordered by my mother's pulmonologist because she is at stage 4 of COPD. We didn't realize we could have shopped around for a hospice provider so we signed with Avalon. Mom's pulmonologist will be getting a call from me after I post this. Avalon was unorganized and short staffed from what I could tell. One nurse left off the medication list for the pharmacy one of my mother's medications that is extremely important. The... read more
Thank you for giving us Tim Brasher's back, it's been a pure blessing. Now if we can get the doctor to listen to what helps his pain, we can go to 5 Stars. No more morphine increase.
