Iv been a resident here for over a year and it’s been great but within the past couple of months, looks like a bunch of new folks moved to the property and they are destroying the place! There are suddenly all these parties and gathering/cookouts in the courtyards. The courtyard furniture is moved around, soiled and never put back in place. Lived in this apartment for almost a year now. The parking situation is chaotic and TERRIBLE. Been locked with a rental car for days and I can barely get somewhere to park without the risk of getting towed. I have literarily slept overnight in the rental car just because there’s no where to park. To make it worse I was slammed with a renewal of 5 percent increase in rent and even an increase in parking fees when there’s barely parking.
