RecommendedExcellent move in service and process. John and Marissa were great, from helping us secure a great apartment, rate, and with the move in. We had many boxes shipped in advanced of our move, and they helped us secure them in our room. The complex has decent amenities and the apartment itself is solid. Construction noise is daily but not that loud - we face the road and still don’t have much issue with it

Quick rundown: excellent maintenance and service from Managers Christopher and Jonathan. Units are luxury-priced, but poor-quality materials don’t match the high prices. The polite neighbors and dog-friendly community is offset by robberies and airport-level noise. Things are good, but not excellent. I have been at Avalon Esterra Park for about 6 months by now, and it is a great place to live. I have already written reviews before about the great location and amenities; in this review I'd like to share a story that reflects the great service I get. So recently, the microwave oven in my apartment stopped working and wouldn't heat up food anymore.
