Recently moved in with my partner just about a week ago and the process to move in was very seamless. Philip and Raymond were very accommodating and have been helpful since. Despite COVID, amenities have slowly opened up with proper restrictions and this is very refreshing given the length of closure. Looking forward to exploring the fitness center once it’s opened as well as many of the other amenities!

We really like our apartment and the facilities. The apartments are good quality construction. Many have large patios. The building has several great grilling areas. The location is on a beautiful block with a neighborhood park just down the street. Phillip and Raymond in the office are very helpful.

This is a great apartment complex. The staff has been super helpful, the facilities are very nice and modern, and the apartments are quiet, well designed, comfortable, and bigger than one would expect based on seeing the pictures and the floor plan. The complex is in a nice neighborhood near UCSF and is probably in the nicest location out of the several new apartment complexes in the area. My wife and I moved into the Avalon 2.5 years ago. The building complex is brand new, conveniantly located to shops, cafes, train station, and highway, providing access to either central SF or South Bay. There's also a great park close if you want to do some dog-spotting or soak up the sunshine. We leased a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Signature apartment with modern fixtures and fittings. Really Appreciate for Avalon Dogpatch’s support for the coronavirus! They extend my move out date for 3 weeks so that I don’t have to move at this special period. Manager Phillip is really nice and helpful, they consider residents’ safety at first place! Big recommendation.
Super dissatisfied at the cleanliness of the building and very concerned at the lack of effort put into keeping the residents safe. I have seen multiple homeless people inside the trash bins - the bins are kept unsecure and represent a safety hazard to residents. Trash is thrown around by homeless people and I don’t feel safe with the lack of security patrol around the apartment complex.
Amazing place to call home! Love everything about this community / building
