I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate

My family and I have been going to this dentist for many years, my mom was a little girl going to Avalon and I was the same way & I've always loved the family setting I can honestly say they have had the same staff since I was a little girl from the dentist to the secretary. I went away to college about 5 years ago and moved to Atlanta for high school with my mom but Avalon was still my primary dentist so of course for many years I neglected my teeth, so when I finally came back they told me I had around 8 or 9 cavities and ... read more

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
