Recommendedsimply amazing. It is a very nice place to live. large common areas. Large rooms and comfortable inside and outside the apartment. exclusive spaces. near beaches. near everything. I like very much.
I have lived at Avalon for 5 years. I enjoy the pool in the summer and I use the gym year round. The maintenance guys are “the best” and respond ASAP! The rental agents always pick up the phones and are even nicer in person. It’s a great place to call home.
While the units are nice, the management refuses to do their jobs. They keep the list artificially inflated and make excuses to those in need of housing. They never go through the list and check the status of those on it. The bargain when they built was that cohasset residents had priority, they are not honoring this. They also aren't giving disabled Veterans preference. They let people in who have been on the list for a few weeks, while snubbing single mothers and disabled Veterans in need. Fabulous in every way! Quiet, professional, well lit, clean, safe, great communications, friendly & with lots of parking. Highly recommend.
A lovely setting, but very thin walls and several angry neighbors.
We have lived at Avalon Cohasset for five years. We love it here. Trisha and Rachel in the office are awesome. Matt and his crew are great, you call them and they are there in no time.
