Loved living @ the Avalon Cohasset. Great location, spacious and well maintained apartments, prompt maintenance staff and great property management. Especially liked the direct entry to units- makes it feel more like a home! Units have lots of windows which is a definite plus for natural light. If you are looking to live on the South Shore, look no further! A BIG shout out to Rachael and Tricia who manage the property!

Avalon is a company that manages apartments that are well maintained both inside & out by experienced & caring personnel that tend to every aspect of one's basic living conditions with excellence!
Tonight I had issue with a leaky toilet. The on call Maintenance man Frank promptly called me right back at 10 pm and came right over to fix it. He was very nice and professional. I give Frank and Avalon Cohasset 5 ⭐️!

I recently dropped a piece of jewelry down the bathroom sink and panicked. I called the front office, who quickly called maintenance. They arrived in under ten minutes and were able to retrieve it for me. And they did it all with a smile on their faces and seemed happy to help. I am beyond grateful!
