I had a problem with my garbage disposal, and it just kept making weird metal noise that sounded like a dying horse. I soon then make a appointment on the Avalon access. The next day they sent the handy man right around 11:30. Mondo from Avalon was a helpful handy man, he quickly fixed my garbage disposal. He was truly helpful and efficient.
Everything is nice and done professionally. I really like the office staff ,they are very friendly and help full . Sonia is my favorite of all,not only she is nice but she has good sense of humor.
Just stopping by to say how pleased I am with the excellent service we have received from maintenance! Ever since we first moved in,we quickly noticed how friendly the maintenance crew is! The past 2 work services have been taken care of by Mando, he is super friendly, and will not hesitate to answer any of your questions! (Which I appreciate so much ) Amazing service � by the maintenance team!
This apartment complex is so nice very well kept has many amenities & events for tenants.
The place has got lots to offer, pool, exercise room, doggy park, but its built next to a freeway. Lots of noise. And its impossible to get out of the city during rush hours. 30 minutes to get 3 miles from the last exit on the 71 to the 91, even with the improvements to the 91! Since I commute to Orange county and I deal with the traffic every day... I can not recommend the location. Price is a bit high for the same size apartment elsewhere in chino hills.
I'm writing this review to fairly inform prospect tenants and current tenants of the business practices at Avalon Chino Hills. In December of 2016 our daughter moved back home from college unexpectedly. At the time we were renting a great two bedroom apartment at Capriana Chino Hills, an excellent apartment community down the street from Avalon Chino Hills.
