They steal money from residents upon move out. this is not a lie or a joke. this place will literally take your security deposit whether you have cleaned or not and charge you additional money to replace carpet even if you don't have damaged carpet. stay away from this place and go next door the the heights. I lived there first and wish I never moved

We’ve lived here not quite two months yet, but we do love this place. Quiet and peaceful, great amenities, and great maintenance team. Everyone has been pleasant and there are several perks to living here that make it worth it. I have some minor grievances too but nothing that is a big enough deal to rate less than 5 stars. Definitely glad we made the choice to call Avalon home.
impressive，Mondo from the maintenance team got job done from calling in half an hour，and so nice and friendly with kids.
Wanted to thank Mando from the maintenance team for coming to the rescue! - couldn’t open the garage door due to leaving the garage door opener in another car! Was running late to work, called the office but they were closed since it was before opening, left a service call with the after hours hotline, within minutes he called me back and said that he was on his way! Thank u!!!!!
Very friendly staff , super helpful maintenance team (Mondo is just great). Sonia from the office is exremely helpful and friendly.
