Avalon Campbell has been our home for almost 5 years. We like everything about it - the neighbors, the office staff, and the maintenance team. The office staff has always been helpful, and the maintenance team is doing a timely and superb job! One more thing that I wished we had here was bike storage since my family and I go on a lot of biking to the Los Gatos Creek Trail. I hope the office will consider adding that so we can have a great place to live.
We've lived here for almost a year and a half now, and we couldn't be happier. Our main complaint was that our toilet would stop working every month or so, but David saw to it that it was up and running again within minutes (and he even replaced our toilet entirely today). He (along with the rest of the staff) are so nice and are ready and able to fix whatever seems to be the problem. Thanks David!!
Avalon is 10 min walking distance from downtown Cambpell and there is an access to trail that follows Los Gatos Creek trail. The pool and gym are great. My favorite part is the maintenance and office team that are always very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend the Avalon Campbell! Me and my wife have been living here for the last year with our dog Max and we love it. The staff working here is very friendly and take good care of their residents. The apartments are all upgraded with granite countertops and very spacious. The pool & gym is one of our favorite parts of the property. Also, we really enjoy that its a 10 minute walk to town! 😃
The Avalon complex in Campbell is awesome! I stay there when I visit my son and daughter-in-law and always have a wonderful time. The property is spotless and the pool, dog areas, picnic benches, and gas grills are top quality. The running trail along the river makes this a great place for an active lifestyle.
I always get excellent service from the Avalon maintenance people. In particular, I am impressed with Mr. David Giron, who is always able to solve problems in minutes. The office people are also very friendly and helpful.
