RecommendedSam and Ronald were amazing in fixing an issue I had with my pipes making loud noises. They identified the problem, promptly fixed it, and left the place very clean. Sam also kept me updated throughout the process and made me not worry at all.
The worst building to move in! If you want to use gym here you have to buy package of pool and lounge for $50 and only then you can ad gym for additional $50. What ???? Guys your pool is not even ready!!!!! And it’s outside and it’s winter!!!! Try to find a batter way to steel tenants money.
My home is my sanctuary. Every time I walk in, it’s like I’m at a 5 star resort, but I can call this home. Avalon Brooklyn Bay has literally everything I could possibly want in one place. I’m so grateful for the staff, they’re truly incredible!
