I live here and they suck, they have the weirdest and stupidest rules you can imagine. I rent a parking spot for $450 and me and my wife both drive. I asked the building manager to receive a second key so me and my wife would take turns parking in the spot and they refused. The reason was we do not trust our tenants if we give you a second key you will steal a second parking spot from us!! that is ridiculous being that I am renting a parking spot and not a key! During a world wide pandemic,when people are dying and suffering, I am being bothered by Maintnance staff about a door mat that has been there for the past 2 years that I have been living here and when I asked what is the reason that all the sudden I had to remove it I was informed that for the past 2 years they were not enforcing this rule until today.... just Another example of horrible staff and management being so insensitive during these troubling times!!! Shame on them!!!!
Worst building ever . Even worse staff and management . Don’t be fooled by its pretty looks it’s a shame that I even have to write this but I have had the worst experience ever living here .

RecommendedIt's like living in a resort on my side of Brooklyn. The views are incredible, the staff is on point, of all the places i've lived (there are many) I have to say this has to be in my top 2. If you can afford to live here and want to live in Brooklyn on this side I strongly recommend it.

I’m a new resident to ABB and absolutely love my new apartment. I love my view of Manhattan; the staff is awesome and I’m blown away by how nice everyone is. I feel like I’m living at a resort or high-end hotel. The amenities, the quick response time by maintenance and the relief of not having to rush home when deliveries arrive is a dream. I am in love with my new apartment. The staff(Diana, Kevin, Fatmira and Simone) is amazing and they go above and beyond to help. Diana was extremely kind and accommodating when I called her to inquire about the apartment. Since I could not be physically present for the tour she gave us a facetime tour. I love the view, easy accessibility and all the amenities it offers. From singing the lease to moving in and now living here has been very smooth.
