Extremely frustrated! While the service team is great and quick to respond to issues, my fiancé and I have been living in a third-floor loft apartment for two years now and we have resigned to live here for a third year. Each summer we have an issue with the AC not effectively cooling the apartment. For some reason, this year seems to be worse and every evening our apartment reaches 80+ degrees. It is so pleasant to live in here and their maintenace services are excellent! Andy and maintenance manager were prompt and very professional! Also they were very friendly too!
Andy is the best of the best technician in Avalon at travile. I was impressed by his professionalism and he always visits on time and kind. I would say that Andy deserves to be taken 5 stars on this matter.
Maintenance is super prompt. Attitude is great and fast!
