We just moved in to Hingham Shipyard at Avalon. We love it. Jacy in the front office got us signed up and was great. The maintenance crew were very responsive and friendly. Shout out to Mike and Frank who helped fix some minor items for us.

Everything about this place is great! The staff at the main office couldn't be any better. Whenever I have an issue, they get it resolved almost instantly. They are incredibly helpful with everything. The maintenance crew is top notch. They fix any issue same day and usually make things better than they were originally. This place is great!
My fiance and I have been here for almost a year and have loved every second. The staff has been amazing. Every time we stop by the office they know who are are and spend time to catch up. The maintenance staff is very responsive and correct issues immediately too! We have loved our time here in Hingham!
I've been living here for almost two years now and it really rocks! Everyone here is super friendly, the grounds are very well maintained, easy access to the T, ferry and commuter rail and I-93. If anything comes up, you just email the management company and they take care of it right away. And they have super fun events, charity drives and other fun community activities!
Best location. We have lived here for a year and cannot have imagined a better place to rent. We love the space and being close to everything
