RecommendedThe team at the Avalon Shipyard is amazing & just wanted to mention two incredible members of the team - Stephen goes out of his way to make sure the grounds are spotless and the pool sparkling. On top of that, he’s kind and so thoughtful! And, Marie is incredible - she has more energy than anyone I know and also goes out of her way to take care of every public space and keep it spotless. She’s so kind and caring!

The team at Avalon is just wonderful. They really went above and beyond recently to let the residents know that they care about us. During the COVID-19 quarantine I was working 7 days a week at the Hospital. After a particularly tough day, I came home and was so touched that Jacy and Nadia has left treats at our units! It was such a lovely gesture - they put a movie night pack together with popcorn and candy. Made me take a moment to focus on my gratitude for living in the Avalon Community.
Stephen at the maintenance team is a lifesaver! We’ve had a few major maintenance issues right after move-in (heating, problems with microwave & fridge), and he really dedicated his time to understanding the problem thoroughly and fixing it. He went above and beyond to even help me with a car battery problem. He really knows his stuff and sees it through until the problem is taken care of. Very nice and friendly personality as well!
I moved to Avalon in dec . I could not be happier . Before moving I researched a lot of properties and read negative reviews of maint staff and property managers . Since moving in I did have a couple of minor maintenance issues that were immediately taken care of . Frank, Stephen , Mike , Abe and Marie all are professionals who could not have made me feel more at ease that the problem would be rectified . The maintenance department is fantastic. I put in a service request for my drafty doors last night and Mike and Steve showed up today to fix the problem in no time and cleaned up after themselves. I find the two of them to be extremely knowledgeable, very professional and always, always pleasant. .
Mike and Abe were so polite, efficient and kind when replacing my stove today. Outstanding service ! Thank you both

We have lived here a little over a year and cannot say enough about all of the staff. They respond immediately to any requests and keep the place looking great. Within the past month Mike, Mike and Frank have all gone out of their way to make sure that maintenance issues in our apartment were addressed immediately. They are a pleasure to have around and take great care of our homes. Jacy leads a great office team who take care of every detail. Thank you all!!
