Couldn't imagine living anywhere else! Carrie and James keep the places in perfect condition. Awesome apartments and amenities.
Living here has made our entire summer! The pool is so relaxing and accommodating for all ages. Our apartment is beautifully designed with great alliances. Plus the amenities make our lives easier with 24hr-access gyms, trash service, and complimentary coffee. My 3yo son and I enjoy our new home and feel very safe. A huge shoutout to Carrie & James for keeping the Avalon in tip-top shape!
This property is awesome!! From the staff to the grounds it is an amazing place to live! Everything about this place is immaculate! Anytime I needed anything done maintenance wise they're there immediately fixing whatever I need. The office manager is so sweet and helpful. I really enjoy living at this property!! No complaints.
There's no place better to live in Brentwood. Carrie the manager is A+. Jeff the maintenance manager is always right in time. Moving in was a breeze and I will happily refer anyone to this location. The apartments are beautiful and you do not hear your neighbors. It feels like I'm living in a resort.
