Love living here! Very spacious apartments and amenities are always clean. Staff is very quick to respond to any issues.
Love this place new and luxury at it finest and the best living . The apartment are nice spaces with all your luxury needs .i love the fact all amities are 24/7. The grounds and inside of the building is clean and smell good .the prices are high but what Avalon at seven springs have to offer hands down it worth the cost . lived there for 3 days and it was the worst experience of my life. apt smelled of curry.... nothing would make it go away and management refused to believe there was an issue. (i have email proof of this) i moved out to an apt near avalon and all i see from them are bags of trash on everyone’s balcony’s. i’ve asked management to take care of it and they refuse. it’s disgusting to look at it. so, if you want to live in a building with management that couldn’t care less about the tenants or cleanliness, that’s the place for yo... read more

Everyone who lives here is SO FRIENDLY. All of the animals are well behaved and the staff is really helpful. By far the best out of the 4 complexes I have previously lived at! Love it here!!
Beautiful property, great amenities, and easy access to I-65. All office staff are so helpful and easy to work with. We love it here!
