They took our security deposit because they had to paint our unit, something they do regardless if the unit is clean or dirty. Thin walls and constant mold and mildew issues.
The location is okay but there are better options that are closer to the Crown and Rio. The manager needs to improve her people skills. My family and I chose to break our lease early due to the difficult interactions we had with the manager. The cost of breaking a lease early was worth not having the stress of speaking with the property manager or owner ever again.
Wonderful location. That is about the only positive I can say about this complex. The staff was misleading about the extent of the construction happening directly outside of our building. The manager was very difficult to work with and I had to work with the owner of the complex to resolve issues dealing with her unprofessionalism. If you are looking in this area there are a number of other great complexes that are closer to the Crown and Rio that offer better amenities and are priced more reasonably for the value you receiv... read more
