Maintenance team immediately fix the refrigerator and dish washer immediately. It is very helpful and I appreciate the team.
Avalon at Chestnut Hill is one of the best apartment complexes around! The atmosphere is wonderful, the residents are very sweet and friendly. The maintenance team is very responsive, diligent and a pleasure to be around. Jamal, Jeffry and Vy are a great team who work together to get things resolved for the residents quickly. The leasing office team (Amanda, Michaela, Linda) are amazing, they are always available and happy to assist whenever you need anything. The carefree aspect of this place is due to the SUPERB maintenance staff... within 24 hours of non- urgent requests they fix whatever needs attention. Vy is amazing... blinds, lights, electrical, appliances. This service is really awesome and totally dependable...would give this service 10 stars if I could.
We've lived here for just over a year and our experience has been great. The apartments are beautiful and in great location. The amenities are always in good condition and the gyms and lounge areas are currently being renovated. Whenever we need to open a service request, we can count on extremely speedy and quality fixes from the maintenance team! Special shoutout to Vy, Hajrudin, and Jeffry for helping us out with multiple needs this year! You guys rock
