Perfect spot to live at in downtown Bellingham, walking distance to all the restaurants and local stores. Neighbors are respectful and nice, so is the management at Avalon.
My roommate and I had a great living experience at the Avalon Apartments. The building is in such a great location. Any small issue we had was resolved quickly and with professionalism. Privately managed property and you can tell. Thank you!
Top notch management, historic building, best location in B-ham. 7 minutes to the interstate down the Meridian Guide. My time here was great, and I would recommend it!
We enjoyed our time at the Avalon thoroughly. The location was perfect for anyone interested in restaurants and events in downtown Bellingham. Anytime we had a maintenance issue it was fixed as quickly as possible, and landlords were responsive and available. The radiators were not an issue very often, the apartment was a great temperature most of the time. It was lovely and very rare to have space for a dining room in an apartment.
