RecommendedWe absolutely love going to see Dr. Kaiser at Avalon. He takes such wonderful care of our Pomeranian, Ginger, and we are extremely grateful! He and his staff also took incredible care of my Mother’s failing cat. I just Wish she was able to get her kitty to Avalon much earlier as she might have had a much better outcome. Their compassionate care not only for our pets but also our family is immeasurable. We give them a 10!
We became new clients when our 9 year old Greyhound was having arthritic issues. They made sure we were able to be seen the same day! Every single staff member made us feel welcome. They were so kind to my aging grey! From giving her treats, to giving her a mat to lay down on in the exam room. Dr. Kaiser came in and introduced himself to me and then sat down on the floor. �I love the ease of working with all of the staff at Avalon. I think I've seen all of the vets over a few years but Dr. Kaiser has been our main doc since we became regular clients last fall. He listens, asks questions, and really cares about each animal's health. Bonus is that he has amazing support staff who never fail to have a smile and genuine kindness. ��
We have taken our different dogs here for over 30 years. We love these folks and so have our dogs. We just took Barnum and Bailey there today and they are always excited and happy to go!
I've taken my dogs to Dr. Mitchell and staff for 36 years, and I've gone to other clinics now and then, when we lived too far away to make it there, or a family member worked somewhere else, but always came right back here. Greatest vet staff in Indiana is right here in this little building across from Community Hospital North. They are honest, know when it's "time" and genuinely love animals and their jobs.
Loved Dr . Mitchell and so did our Sophie. The staff was great and friendly........ Was looking for a local vet and we found them !!!
Everyone here cares about my animals like I do! They show great compassion to my pets and to me too when times have been tough! My parents took their pets here, I take my pets here, and now my son takes his pets there too!
