My first visit, recommended by a friend. I picked up my order and the woman who gave it to me could not have been more compassionate. I'm so pleased with the product; the stones that were selected were lovely and right for my needs and were wrapped with an herb in tissue paper (I don't know my herbs as well as I thought I did). Was treated very rudely during our visit today. My husband and I were checking out and the lady behind the counter told me to wait outside because it was one transaction. We had waited our turn in line like everyone else and we deserved to finish our transaction as a party. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. I understand that there was a line due to limited capacity but 2 more minutes would not have made any difference. I used to enjoy going to Avalon but this recent experience has changed my opinion.
Wow‼️ The sweetest employees called about my online order. The Lodestone was not in stock at this time. Not surprised as that pendant is a popular stone. She offered suggestions of Pyrite and Hematite. I let her know she could let her energy select one of those pendants. She asked to see what my needs were with the Lodestone. She is choosing Pyrite. Her energy was so awesome and on a high vibration. I miss living in Florida because of Avalon and the beaches. I am thankful for the Internet so I can still shop. 🌻☮️☕️
