I greatly appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in as we had no heat when the temperature dropped. Technician was knowledgeable and accurate about what was going on and offered video to explain the situation. I very much appreciated that he did not talk down to me, assumed I had the capacity and interest to understand the issues, and treated me with respect. Office staff is friendly and communicative.
