We have had this agency for over 6 years for our 7-year-old son who medically fragile. Finding quality nurses is hard to do for home health but Avail has done an amazing job helping us find the best fit nurses for my son's case. It takes time and enough orientation to make the right fit.
They lie. They hire anyone with a license. Every nurse I've had has no clue what to do in an emergency. The agency makes up excuses for these nurses and makes you feel like your opinion doesn't matter nor count.
