I have lived at AVA Toluca Hills since early 2019 and I have always loved it. With 2020 and COVID added to the mix this year, things have obviously been impacted just like everyone and everything else in the world. However, one of the things that has exceeded expectations again and again is the maintenance team and cleaning teams! I specificially want to mention Elvia P. Huge shout out to Louis and Isabel for being such hardworking, helpful and positive members of the AVA team! They always greet me with a smile and do such a great job keeping the hallways and property clean. Even today I was carrying a bunch of groceries to my apartment and they were kind enough to help me carry my bags!

Big shout out to our favorite Maintenance Tech, Elvia P. She and the rest of the maintenance crew do an awesome job keeping the common areas clean and disinfected. Even with her mask on, she always greets us with a big smile and a friendly hello.
I just moved into AVA Toluca Hills 12 days ago - It's a beautiful place and is a wonderful price for the apartment I got and the amenities on site. However, just make sure you ask specific questions when you're moving in, I had a few parking issues due to misinformation from the leasing office....and they were EXPENSIVE parking issues if you catch my drift. If they tell you that you can park in "any spot that isn't reserved" - they really only mean SINGLE unreserved spots. Don't go near ANY tandem spots (even if the back spo... read more
