While my nails turned out okay, I will not be returning to Ava Nails. I walked into a completely empty nail salon, and could immediately tell why this place gets minimal business. The person who did my nails (who I believe was the manager) was incredibly rude the entire time, as if she didn’t want my business? Service is awful. They talk bad about you to each other, they’re so aggressive, and make you feel bad for asking them to fix something. I never leave bad reviews but this was genuinely such a bad experience and I’m never going back again. She would laugh everytime I asked her to fix something and when she put my nail on EXTREMELY crooked, she said my nail was “naturally like that” even though they’ve never looked like that with nails on before.
