FRAUD... Ms. Martha Foster is actively engaged in defrauding future tenants. I came to Ava after my new townhome flooded, a total loss. I walked in asked for a month to month, which Ms. Martha said the building offered. According to her (a Karen) boss, that's not true. Then why would Ms. Martha lie to me?? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I lived here for 2 years. With the amount of money they charged me, I would have expected much better accomodations. First of all, the covered parking spot I had assigned was right underneath a leaking pipe. The pipe had some sort of chemical running through it and caused damage to my vehicle many times. I informed Cheryl at the front office multiple times and was told "the maintenance is working on it". I asked if they could move my spot, but was informed the could not move spots.
