They do not listen to what you ask for. I also found it dirty. I see you wowed my comment, I'll explain, your technician ate a snickers as she did my nails. Dropping crumbs all over the place. The instruments she used were not directly out of a clean package or washed prior. I asked her to clip my nails 3 different times before she understood. She kept messing up and getting polish on my fingers then digging her nails into my skin to remove it. I asked for round tips, I got uneven nails. I'm not trying to be rude just explai... read more
