RecommendedWe just moved in, sight unseen. Debbie Scott has been very helpful with the lease and making our move as smooth as possible. Our loft apartment has surpassed our expectations. It's spacious, newly renovated, and very well laid out, with plenty of sun. We're looking forward to the weather getting better so we can start taking advantage of our deck and also to getting to know our neighbors better post COVID.
Worst experience so far when compared to the places we hv lived so far. I see none of the appliances work as expected - washing machine, dryer, oven, thermostat, heater/ac. House is least insulated n mostly very chilled inside the house. Irrespective of the service tickets we raise.. they just say u have to live with it. Awful windows n doors insulation, never have seen this bad. Overall we r just paying the rent for 4 walls we r under. N nothing else works inside.
