I moved to dobro 1 month ago, and so far everything is perfect. All staffs are friendly and efficient. Recently I requested service maintenance for the door and curtain. With special thanks to Nick, who kindly and effectively helped us to fix the problem!
The maintenance staff is great. Allen has been super helpful on multiple occasions.
Have you ever met Darlene? You would definitely KNOW if you've met her! She works at the Concierge Desk. She's unforgettable. Sharp as a whip ... always caring ... always remembers what your life is about ... and ready to help in any way she possibly can. Really a treasure!
We've been living at Ava Dobro for two months now, and all the staff are incredible.. Quetzalli (sales) could not have been more accommodating and friendly during the leasing process, and now that we're settled into the Ava lifestyle (endless amenities)... this pattern has continued... Joel/ Patrick at the lobby concierge are always exceptionally helpful.. and the same applies to Amy/ AJ/ Brandon in the coffee shop, and all the cleaning staff/ mail room/ laundromat etc.. Love it here!
Darlene is best staff. She’s so kind and attentive. She always helps me when I was in trouble.
