I had Dominique today to fix my window, he’s the best!
I had maintenance from Mirek today. All was done super fast and super efficient. At the same time we feel comfortable because we have good advice on certain technical points. Thank you very much for this service, Mirek.
Amazing residential building, great customer service specially from Maintenance. I had an issue with the shower leaking and Mirek from Maintenance came to help right away, to say he was great is the least! He solved my problem in a second and was extremely nice.

Really great service today from Mirek with the maintenance staff. Our microwave was faulty and short circuiting our other appliances including the fridge and also the outlet where our WiFi router is connected. Mirek was so helpful. He responded quickly and installed a new microwave for us all within the hour. Really satisfied with the service today, thanks again, Mirek!

The Study Lounge is always impeccably maintained by Steve. He ensures that the space is kept spotless and is a pleasant work environment.
We have been here for one year and the experience has been great so far. Overall we love our apartment, especially the dog run on the third floor. Shout out to Bryan, Patrick and Alec for always being very helpful with all day to day operations and support. Our dog particularly loves Bryan!
We moved into the Ava in May of 2019, and it has been a wonderful experience. All the amenities have been great! We have been especially impressed with the front desk concierge service. All of them have been very friendly and welcoming , especially Ivan and Patrick ( our dogs two favorites) ! Everyone has been helpful and courteous everyday! We relocated from California , and couldn't be happier with our choice of the Ava DoDro!
