RecommendedWe've just renewed out lease for a 3rd year at AVA. It's a great spot to live given the small community and proximity to the water. The staff here help us out with all our issues quickly, and Mark has been the best in helping us move apartments recently and kept it easy during COVID and the forest fires!

My admin Mark Corpuz is really helpful, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. He offered me to use the printer when I need some paperwork to be done. He also helped me out on an emergency of being locked out at the garage in the morning. The residency is better for Mark's presence.

We've lived at AVA Belltown for 8 months and have just reupped our lease again. Long time AVA tenants who moved here from Southern California, where we lived on another one of their properties, AVA continues to deliver on the friendly, customer service focused lifestyle that we've come to appreciate from this company. I have loved living at AVA Belltown (~8 months now)! The location is perfect and quiet, rent has been reasonable thus far, and every single staff member goes above and beyond for their residents. All of my requests and service needs have always been met promptly and with sincerity. I hope to live here for years to come!
THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY- NOT PEOPLE. AFTER PAYING A TWO MONTH RENT LEASE BREAKAGE, THEY CHEATED ME OUT OF ALMOST ALL MY ONE MONTH'S RENT DEPOSIT- EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM MY SCHOOL CLOSED AND I EITHER MOVED OR WAS KICKED OUT OF THE COUNTRY.
I really enjoyed my more than 3-year stay at AVA belltown. The building was clean, and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location is great, plenty of restaurants nearby, and easy access to downtown and seattle center.
AVA: simply Boujee! Great management, always attentive to the tenants needs and also Fun people!
