RecommendedI love the location-- and the staff is very friendly. Any issues have been handled promptly. I only miss the morning coffee-- it was a great way to cordially meet my neighbors.

First time I’ve had to call maintenance. Air conditioning not working and my request was after business hours. Al was here within 15 minutes and was dedicated to finding a solution. Great service on a 90 degree day. Thank you! I really appreciate it.
We’ve been here a few months and so far the service is prompt from staff/maintenance, rent was very well priced for the kind of apartment we live in and considering the area we live in, and remember they’re always willing to have a conversation with you about any and all issues you may have.

Avalon Ballston Square is a really nice building and most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. What I don't like are the incredibly high rent increases each year (especially in light of the massive construction right across the street at the Ballston Commons Mall), multiple fees for having pets, etc, and lack of flexibility in moving to different apartments in the building.
