RecommendedThere have been a few issues within the my apartment over the two years I've lived in the building, but maintenance has resolved every issue I had. They're extremely attentive and prompt in responding to tenant's concerns and for that I recommend the Ava Ballston Square.

We've lived in the building for about a year now and we love the location/amenities! The price is much more affordable than some of the other luxury apartments nearby and the staff are always friendly! The maintenance staff always answer our service requests within a day and fix every maintenance issue we've ever had. Marcial just came by and fixed the fittings on our front door, which was previously inoperable - now it's as good as new!

The staff is friendly and service from maintenance staff is always prompt! Elmer Rivas has helped me with several maintenance issues in the apartment and resolves things within minutes. Thank you Elmer! You're the best!

stop raising rent so much
Avalon Ballston Square is a great place to call home. We have been here for 6 months and really enjoy it. While the construction is a lot sometimes, it seems like they will finish within the next few months and Avalon is always up front about things going on in the building. They are very responsive to any maintenance needs or questions we have. Quick shout out to Al and Jose from the maintenance team who have been very helpful with some heating issues we've had! Thank you all!
When moving in Al was very helpful with helping get our large couch through the door. He spent close to an hour with us and came back to check on everything with the move in. He is awesome! Recently had issue with washing machine and Al was quick to fix the problem. Have also had great help from Juan and Sandy
