I lived here for several years and loved it. The staff is incredible - they're kind, helpful, and very professional. Folks at the front desk truly became my buddies, and I miss them! And, the folks responsible for maintenance have been there forever... some for decades. They are extremely responsive, know every inch of the building, and a joy to see and chat up. I live at AVA and they have amazing customer service and out property managers are great people and very friendly
The community here at AVA is really strong. From phenomenal management (Adam, Jamario, Bria and Theo) to the reliable service and maintenance teams, I am so glad I picked this property. Great amenities (gym, tennis courts, pool, etc.), great location (bus, metro, all major roads) -- thank you!
