At first, my roommates and I were excited to move into AVA Ballston, as it seemed like a nice community, nestled away from the city hustle. Our interpretations quickly changed the day we moved in. Before we had even moved in actually. As we arrived with our moving truck, eager to get the move-in process underway, we were met with less than friendly front desk staff who told us we can't move in today, even though we previously confirmed our move in date with the complex. They staff are very nice and helpful. They take care of the building very well. They are also very accommodating. They helped me a lot for my move in procedure.
I moved in to AVA 🐁 #mousehole Ballston in Mid July. Since moving in I’ve had a rodent infestation. Sure management tried using Orkin, but that seems to have made this pack of Arlington mice angry. Now they’re out for flesh and flour. I love the location my neighbors even management has tried... but if you’re looking for a clean rodent free dwelling this isn’t it. I live at AVA Ballston and have for the past year and a half. The staff is friendly and the apartments are good sized, with modern decor and huge balconies!! The community is awesome and has really great events for residents. I love living in this laid back atmosphere, where the rent is still reasonable!! Hope it stays that way!! 😊
We have lived here for over five years and cannot say enough great things about the building, the management, and the maintenance. What a stunning building with enormous sliding doors that keep out the noise but let in awesome light. The building has great bones but also a fun, modern vibe. Staff has always responded quickly to ANY concerns, or even minor issues. We have seen great staff get promoted and they are always replaced with even more spectacular staff.
