On many levels the office staff, the focused care and the professional style make my experience at the office the best it can be. What I would improve on is their lack of focus on follow up/proper maintenance care. Perhaps pre-scheduling future appts every four to six months the first year, in advance with strict reminders. Even handing out a suggested follow up care sheet is better than nothing.
