There was nobody at the desk when I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appt. I sat down and tried a few more times to let them know I was there, but I kept missing her. I finally caught her at the desk and told her I had been there and she said she had not known I was there. My appt. was at 3:30 and I got called in around 3:45. This is the first time this has happened.

I really liked how everyone who worked on my teeth told me exactly what it was I was looking at on... It is good to know they were trying to give me an understanding of what was going on.
