The company installed our roof five years ago after a hail claim. We recently needed to discuss a possible warranty issue. Over the past month, we have made several attempts to contact the company by phone/email but have not received any response. The workmanship on the original installation was satisfactory, but the lack of communication when follow-up service is needed has been disappointing. Amazing crew and top-quality work! I needed my basement drywalled, taped, and a knockdown finish applied to the ceiling. I contacted Albert, and he handled everything from start to finish.
