AUX = scam artists. While the technicians explained everything and what needed to be done to fix the issues, AUX only looked to rip me off. They wanted to charge me thousands more than other companies and tried to push me into paying them for a whole new unit under the guise that the part needed wouldn’t be available for over 9 months. That was a complete lie. I hired another company who got the job done in 2 weeks for a brand AUX installed, but no longer installs.
