I have nothing but positives for Autumn Creek! I have been living at the property for just a couple months and it has been great. Maintenance is very prompt and so is the office. I can't highlight this property enough. The negative comments are very strange. Sounds like someone who is bored and creating fake accounts to be petty. I hope anyone looking at the negative reviews take them with a grain of salt. Autumn Creek is the place to be <3
Have waited 3 weeks for a return contact after reaching out via their website, called with no return call, went to their leasing office during business hours and door was locked, with hundreds of other apartments in the madison area customer service should be a priority. if they cant contact you when you want to be a tenant its telling to how little they will care once you are locked in a 12 month lease... *EDIT* and as you can see per there response there is no shortage of accountability with this company, own up to it and ... read more
