I agree, good Doctors but horrible customer service. I usually have to wait at least 45 min to an hour before the doctor comes in the room. Also the receptionists at the front desk are not friendly or customer orientated at all.
Love Dr. Johnson but their service is atrocious. Guaranteed long wait times (20-30 minutes beyond scheduled appointment time). Front desk staff and schedulers often have no idea what's going on. Nurses are great but seem to run around like chickens with their heads cut off.
