They are horrible it’s mold in units and townhomes,, they don’t fix anything at ALL,, they treat Tenants like uneducated People. Every time you look they have new Managers and Agents and THEY LIE!! My Sink has been separated from the Wall for almost Two Years and now they want to force tenants into a Lease by upping the Rent almost 500 hundred dollars to force you to do a Lease!!! DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL
THEY STEAL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT Here!!!!! They make up fake damage charges without receipts!!!
