Disgusting rude managers and owners who bully the tenants. They turn off your lights if you’re late on rent and that’s completely illegal. They want you to suffer and live in the heat just because you’re behind on rent then they blame you for all of the bugs that come out due to the apartment being so hot and dark. The water constantly gets shut off without notice. The manager had the nerves to sarcastically argue, yell, and bully a tenant in the middle of the courtyard while trying to illegally evict them. Muy malo no arreglan el basurero es impresionante las cucarachas andan en todos lados el olor a mariguana es horrible nunca arreglan las cosas que se dañan se llaman a administración nunca van el desorden es total en mi opinión ese lugar no es acto para vivir es mejor que llamen a demolición para que quiten esos apartamentos no lo recomiendo para nada eso es un hasco
Highly disappointed. The complex is managed horribly wrong. Office staff needs to be fired. They are 100% rude and disrespectful. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and if they do, they halfass it and call it a completed job.
You get what you pay for. Northwood is better than this place.
