RecommendedNew maintenance staff is finally getting stuff done after months. Met supervisor Jim he is very helpful and on top of every request. I was planning on moving out but with the change in progress I am happy to say I am staying! Thank you Jim and team for everything you do for us.
Maintenance seems to be getting done now since new owner ship People need to be patient
They never fix anything and they you have to be waiting and calling but you have to be on time with rent and all but they can’t do their own part to have everything running properly. Just saying this apartments needs new management

Tried sending $3000 to collections in back rent when my name wasn’t even on the lease, got my name signed off and moved out because I was the only one paying. Threatened with a paralegal and proof of documents and then poof.. never heard about it again.
these apartments are terrible the pavment is full of pot holes theres always trash all over the place, the pool is never clean. what the heck does maintenance do? halfassed jobs apparently.
Pools always filthy and when asked when it will be open told its a pain to clean...its supposed to be cleaned every monday...and that never happens...its not hard to clean...and it wont turn green if you put the correct chemicals in it...i used to clean the pool at another apartment complex so i would know...if they would take care of it. It wouldnt get soo dirty just sitting there closed and not opened...seriously clean the pool and let people swim...its freaking hot...its your job!
Horrible place to live. They have a million problems and never fix them. The water is almost always being shut off without warning.. last summer (2017) while I was pregnant we went about 2 months without AC because the maintenance man kept signing the work order with out actually doing anything.. oh and at 1st we where told the AC not working wasn't an emergency even though it was in the upper 80's lower 90's inside the apartment.
I live here and shit the people that work in the are pice of shit I wouldn't advance anybody to live here
