Unfortunately we cannot recommend this place for your family member. Ratio of staff to residents is dangerously low. Inconsistent administering/ ordering of medications. Very neglectful in toileting residents. Minimal engaging activities. Food is horrible. Staff not trained or held accountable. New Executive Director starting 3.16th. Maybe she can "fix" problems.
Care has gone from great to ok to terrible in the last year. Looking for other options.
