RecommendedWe just completed the exterior remodel on these apartments and the staff was great to work with.
My mother lives here. And her a/c has been broken for 10 DAYS!!!! They got someone in there to fix it but it broke less than 10 hours later! Kenna just keeps saying they’re working on it but nothing is getting done. Her apartment was 94 degrees today! She, my sisters and their animals had to go get a hotel just so nobody gets heatstroke! This is inhumane and unacceptable!
I LOVE how ALL the bad/ poor comments keep being deleted... This place was good when I first moved in a 1.5 yrs ago. Now that Kenna took over its ridiculous. You're lucky if you can get her on the phone & she's NEVER in the office. She is the most unprofessional person & she lies ALL the time. I've never met someone who I "pay" their paycheck & them being this uncaring anywhere period! I tried to contact corporate over her & they won't answer their phone let alone contact you back. Worst place I have lived at by far! This is a run down property that is poorly managed and maintained. Do not ever go by the office hours , the manager leaves as she pleases. Maintaince has months of work orders, so good luck on getting anything fixed. While it is not advertised as a second chance apartment complex , it is section 8 is accepted and felon friendly, yikes !!! I've lived here for two years and want to recommend my friends it as really very great apartments at Salt city . Management has been great and helpful.
Glen apartments, I found perfect with all facilities and beautifully landscaped grounds, a charming resident lounge, a resort-inspired pool and a fun playground
I really don't like this place. I don't mind living here if I have to but if you have a choice you shouldn't live here. Management is terrible, the staff loves to leave early and the office closes way too early, especially on rent days. The pool was closed by the health department and they have yet to fix it. Our car was broken into and when we told them all they said about it was that they had to charge us for the stolen keys.
