you pay rent and expect to have a parking spot in front of your building but instead you have to park 3 buildings down. everyone should have company but not over night stays every freaking night and they don't pay rent. nothing is done about it. have a parking tag but still nothing is done to those who don't.
One word: MOLD. Two more words: DIRTY VENTS. AVOID. THIS. PLACE.
Be aware of MOLD. The apartment was nice on move in and it looks like a nice complex. However, please be aware that there is MOLD in multiple apartments, but Autumn Chase will claim it is just "dirty vents." The MOLD started coming out of the vents and building up. The MOLD caused issues such as vertigo, respiratory problems and set off a seizure-like episode in my son after being in the apartment for only 20 minutes. Shame on you, Autumn Chase!
